I called Radia’s billing office to clear things up and find out why they had sent me to collections before they had even notified me that there was a late bill. I received a notice February 26 th from a Collections office saying that a bill was sent to them because it was over 120 days late. I am very diligent with paying all my bills on time. I received another bill shortly after showing that I have a bill due, I called radia and spoke with a guy who tried to tell me that I never paid part of the bill (that I paid in NOVEMBER), even though they deducted it from my bank account.
RADIA IMAGING FULL
I received the rest of the bill in November, which I paid in full in NOVEMBER. I had a second part of the procedure done a month after the first procedure which later found out wasn’t covered by my insurance. I had yet to receive a bill from them early on in the billing cycle and yet they said I was 60 days past due when I finally got the first bill. From the very beginning when I first got the MRI done I had trouble with their billing system. The billing for this company is an absolute joke! I wish I would have seen Gene’s review before I went there for my MRI.
